Angenehmes Vorstellungsgespräch bei Sikla Group

Das Vorstellungsgespräch bei der Sikla Group habe ich als angenehm und professionell empfunden. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war offen und freundlich, was mir den Einstieg leicht gemacht hat. Die Fragen waren klar strukturiert und gaben mir die Möglichkeit, meine Erfahrungen und Stärken gut darzustellen. Auch die Informationen zum Unternehmen und zur Position waren transparent und hilfreich.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen positiven Eindruck und bin mit dem Ablauf des Gesprächs sehr zufrieden.

Alles top - Ein Kritikpunkt

Ich denke es kam klar raus, dass es für beide Seiten Sinn macht, den Prozess fortzuführen. Jedoch hat man auch hier keine klare Aussage über das Gehalt/ die Gehaltsspanne bekommen. Meine Forderungen und meine Untergrenze wurden abgefragt. Auf Nachfrage, wie viel Gehalt für die Stelle vorgesehen ist, kam wenig Transparenz. Auf erneuter Nachfrage wurde geantwortet, dass man mit den eigenen Wünschen darüber liege. Ich hoffe, dass es nicht allzu viel war, weil ich gerne den Bewerbungsprozess fortführen möchte. Aber mehr Transparenz würde allen Bewerbern hier mehr Klarheit bieten.

Ich hatte ein nettes Vorstellungsgespräch mit zwei sympathischen Damen. Sie Kommunikation war offen und ehrlich, man hatte sich gleich willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt hat das Unternehmen durch das Gespräch einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Sehr geehrte Frau XXX,  Ich habe Ihnen bereits per Email geschrieben. Bezüglich dem Feedback merke ich an, dass es mir selbst neu ist, dass die sich bewerbende Person ein Feedback bekommt. Das wäre natürlich toll. Vier Sterne habe ich auch bei der Unternehmens-Vorstellung vergeben, wobei ich persönlich finde, dass das nicht so wicht ist bzw. auch in der Hand der sich bewerbenden Person selbst liegt, sich dazu zu informieren.  Jedenfalls vielen Dank nochmals für das angenehme Gespräch,
